Semantics, you're both right,..... or wrong.
Anyway, it's been a financial bitch slap for reservists that were expecting the military to provide extra income one weekend a month, to suddenly have to pay their bills on military pay. Now I'm the first to say, they knew that was a possibility when they signed up, they made a choice now live with it. But I still sympathize with their plight.
