To get it out of the way ... if you don't want to make the (bank) withdrawals, don't make the (sperm) deposit.
Get an attorney. You may need more than one, since there are multiple state jurisdictions involved. Get your documentation together. If it's not in writing, or with evidence of a cancelled check, it didn't happen.
