I am on the other extreme...have only about 80 gig of drive space with about 15 gig of things I don't want to lose (family photos mainly). And I must have 5 sets of DVD backups, many, many sets on CDR backups and some in the hands of family far away (just in case any more of those damn hurricanes sneak up on me again)

I thought about Raid, but when looking for a drive to match my 80 GB. Out of stock, buffer too small, 1 yr. warranty, etc. So I went w/120, 8MB buffer 3 yr. warranty. I also got TrueImage 8. It cloned my 80 w/7 partitions "as is" to the 120 in 7 minutes. With 39.94 GBs unallocated space.
Unplugged the 80 for bkup. Think I'll put a 20 GB in the usb box & make an image of C: & D: on it. That should hoe that row out. So next, "master Photoshop 7" ![]()
