Nah thats just the aftermath of an Indonesian market or wedding/circumcision
Looking closer it appears to be a collecting point for some enterprising recycler as it is predominantly plastic bottles or packing material. And one milk carton! If I carried a camera there are similar looking, if more organized, sites like that all over Indonesia.
