Laguna Seca MotoGP video

Here's some video I took on Sunday at the Corkscrew:

(Play it real loud and you'll get an idea of what it was like).

Outstanding, GP. Thanks for telling us the beginning was the parade lap because that would have been pretty confusing.

I'm always frustrated by tracks like Laconia, Watkins Glen, Lime Rock, Mossport and so on, because you can see so damn little of the race.

It's actually worse when your favorite type of racing is pro-rally. Spectator points are few and far between, and it's usually fairly easy to get lost on the way ... going to the race is fun, but if you want to see the race, you pretty much have to order the video, or manage to catch it on the Speed Channel two weeks later. A lot of the really spectacular stuff occurs on parts of the course that nobody can see but the driver and co-driver, and since it's a staged race with individual starting times, you don't have any clue who actually won until the timekeeper finishes the math.
