I don't honestly know, but there are delousers available at most drug stores ... you can get the combs, shampoos, and soaps there.

Yes, I think tea tree oil is fabulous as well. It's great for getting rid of nasty lice. It's also an anti-fungal and antimicrobial. It's good for the skin (antibacterial), but can cause some skin irritation for some people. If you're looking to use it topically (especially on a large area), I would dilute it and test it on a small spot first, just to make sure your skin agrees with it. You can dilute it either with water or oil (5% tea tree oil, 95% water).
