You still fuck up after have a successful exercise.
Let me revise that ... you always fuck up after a successful exercise. I've been to WMD and Mass Casualty exercises that go flawlessly. When the real deal happens, you lose two firetrucks in a "puddle" that turned out to be 15 feet deep.
