New Toilet Paper/Towell Dispensers

Nothing is worse than those major-sized rolls where there's no perforation and you have to yank off the end of the paper because the "cutter" on the dispenser isn't actually sharp or anything.

Even as a crumpler I have to complain.

Does the executive washroom have the good dispensers, or do they have to deal with the same crappy (heh) new ones you use?
