No, it is not. That would have been too much proprietary cuteness for one day.
But I do know who Muffy Vanderbear is, as a friend's child insisted on having one, and much of her wardrobe. The little witch bear was sold in the Build-A-Bear store. They also had assorted naked small bears, cats, a bear dressed up for the RenFaire (the tag actually said Prince Charming), and a husky.
