What do you look like on video?

That's all I have. I had to figure out how to force it to use the mic on the web cam, but once I did that, it was easy.

For me, Logitech "quick capture" captures the video (i set it for 320x240) and pops it into media player; find the carefully hidden File menu and "Save As" to a file somewhere; upload the file in YouTube, where they convert it automatically to Flash video and put it into their template.

The hardest part was getting used to the idea of talking at the thing, and then setting up some interesting lighting.
