Probably blown off in that storm that came up and blew 60mph at the NJ shore. It's an unusual looking container though, the missing end panel shows what looks like a refrigeration unit and the walls are insulated. Makes me wonder if they normally refrigerate Doritos to keep them from going rancid in a hot container, or they just had one handy?
