Getting a headlight loose

They actually didn't charge me--I'm a longtime customer and I got there first thing when they opened so I could at least try not to interrupt anybody--the manager just suggested that a small tip for the mechanic who did it would be in order. I didn't go into detail about the injuries

I just said I tried & couldn't get it off myself.
