This brings back delicious memories of the jars of smoked salmon that I used to get from the ex's relatives in Alaska. I do miss that smoked salmon.....but the easiest way by far that I ever found to make delicious dip from smoked salmon is to just mix it with softened cream cheese and spread it on a Ritz cracker. And the good thing about this is that you can easily try a little first, before making a lot to see if you like it.
Enjoy your smoked salmon! (I'm jealous!!)
