Valentines Day

Valentine's Day is also our anniversary. We're not married, but it is the day he chose to fly to Florida to meet me for the first time (we met online). Two months later, he moved down. That was 4 years ago.

We try to do something fun and out of the ordinary. One year, he bought us tickets to Cirque Du Soleil. One year we went exploring in Ybor City and picked a random restaurant for dinner. This year we're discussing going on a gambling or dance cruise for the evening.

We try to buy each other some small gift that we each want, but that is not something we can afford on a normal basis.

I also buy cards and candy for my children, because I feel that Valentine's Day is about love and I love them dearly.
