hahahaha this is great. thanks for the warm welcome back in the Cellar. feels like i just stepped out to get more beer at a party.

the square root of negative one is i. its an imaginary number invented just for that reason and has had a profound effect on the world of mathematics.

X^2 + 1 = 0

let i^2=-1
then
X^2 - i^2 = 0

X^2 = i^2

x= i

after readying everyones post (especially bri's and ducks'

), i think i might pop in a bit more often
