I missed this the first time round and couldn't understand your poaching equipment/ broth comment. It looked like ice to me - it still does a little, broken up slushy ice. I'm pleased he's being pampered and massaged rather than made into a dogsicle.

What with the lobster comments yesterday and a picture of a veritable feast today I am really in a seafood mood. I don't even think I have a can of tuna at home - let's hope it doesn't get so bad I have to start crunching on my cat's fishy treats
