I love that show!! I am so used to the typical tv cooking show host that does the orgasmic rolling the eyes back thing when they taste something that is akin to dog poo! This guy will taste it and look into the camera and let you know if he thinks it is nasty!
At the same time, he will also compliment the dishes he enjoys while admitting that it may be an odd item, but it is something he likes. I'm not sure I could eat brains, but it is one of the dishes he likes....ghhhuugghh |
