I'm stalking your del.icio.us account, you realize that, don't you Grant?
I've had to really think about online personas and names. Unfortunately, many people only come to grips with this issue after being online for a long time--by then the damage is done. I also liked the article on why people fall back to using Word (!!evil!!alert!!) after trying online collaboration tools.
