We want consumers throughout the states of Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas to submit names of ice cream flavors suggestive of their own state and/or local dessert traditions....

Similar state and regionally-oriented ice cream flavors produced by Blue Bell over the years have included Mardi Gras, Key Lime Pie, Georgia Peach Cobbler, Mississippi Mud Pie, Southern Pecan Pie, and Cantaloupe ‘n Cream, to name a few.

I bet Delta Blues is a Mississippi-special flavor. Why we have it in Texas, I don't know.
