Yep; anal piercings are possible, barely, but rare. A guiche, on the other hand (in the perineum) is a sensitive and popular choice.

I would imagine explaining some piercings to the people staffing the airport metal detector must be interesting.

I had to look up guiche. Thank you Wikipedia. Somehow, I don't think I would have found it in Britannica.
