I think the whole "you aren't a true _____" is generally opening a big can of worms. Personally, if someone calls themself a Christian, I won't argue.
My fiance is a Christian, though, and he says that for someone to be a Christian they must believe that Jesus is God. |

When someone says they're a True Christian™ (LOL), they're basically saying there are others who aren't True Christians...which is judgemental...which isn't very Christian, from what I hear.
