oddly for me
IE7 from the start menu is without add ons enabled but clicking the shortcut from the desktop it allows add ons. IF you try to do anything with add ons disabled or from the wrong shortcut the last service pack restricts everything. it took me along time to figure that out. Even if you go into your tools option and allow add ons but run IE from the wrong place it will just spin and spin like that. it even restricts itself...how cute
