Sure you do. You just can't make it happen by yourself. If priests were allowed to marry, the priest shortage would immediately disappear, and the congregation would revive its moderate population at the same time. This was being seriously discussed in the Catholic community around the time of the molestation scandals, but it seems to have dropped off the radar again.
