Yes, lets buy it as a Cellar base. I can only contribute a few dollars a month, but I'm hoping that will be enough to get me a small bedroom somewhere.

I think this guy missed a trick in not having tours - plenty of people would pay $100 a pop to be walked around it surely? With few hotdog carts en route you could make a killing.

Also, he should have a video tour. Free of charge but it would generate enough interest to get this to the ears of people genuinely interested in this kind of sale. Anyway I want to see it, so of course he should have.
