University to students: 'All whites are racist'

By this definition, people of color cannot be racists, because as peoples within the U.S. system, they do not have the power to back up their prejudices, hostilities, or acts of discrimination….'"

What? So a black guy from a nice middle class family with his own business, or a black guy in the police force can't back up his discrimination if he is racist towards people of arabic or mexican descent?
