hmm, if this is about boobs, I can't answer that question due to lack of context. For instance, if I were a movie star, or a stripper (or somewhere in between) I would have to go for fake, in order to enhance my business assets.
If I were really, really flat or tiny, there's an emotional content here that using the word "fake" really doesn't address. Just for me, though, and for the average person . . . real.
