"He's been sucking off society for 10 years," Assistant U.S. Attorney Brendan Conway said of Karl Frank Kleinpaste, 44, of Beaver County. Conway said Kleinpaste "sends his children to public schools, he drives on public roads" but has not contributed "one penny" to support those or other federally subsidized services since 1994.
If anyone is "sucking off society" it's Brendan Conway when he gets off work. Karl Frank Kleinpaste did pay taxes and he contributed plenty of money to public roads and public schools, not to mention other things. He pays taxes on his property, sales tax, gas tax, electricity tax, telephone tax, etc. all of which fund those things.

Quote:
"This gentleman is not an asset to the community, your honor. He's a leech" and will likely resume not paying his taxes once he is released, Conway said.
A leech for earning money and paying his own way. A leech for keeping the money he earns. What a joke.

Some, like Kleinpaste, say those taxing powers are limited only to federal territories — Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, or military bases — not directly controlled by any of the 50 states.
Sadly this piece of patriot mythology has gotten many people in trouble. Instead of educating themselves and following the legitimate law like I do, they are under the false assumption that the 14th amendment created a new class of citizens. They've taken a small part of a court case and distorted it or otherwise taken it out of context and now they're paying the price for being stupid.

They're correct in their belief that the income tax is uncontitutional but wrong in their approach. The 16th amendment was never ratified and that can't be disputed. But income taxes also violate the 4th, 5th, 6th, 9th, 10th, and 13th amendments.

I dispell many patriot myths for people and show them what the law actually says instead of what they wish it would say. I read the Constitution as it is, not as I think it should be.

I will never spend a day in jail. I'm not breaking the law. The IRS themselves have refused to show a law that makes paying income taxes mandatory.

The judge is an idiot too. Yet another judge taking part in the judicial conspiracy to uphold and defend the uncostitutional income tax because they have a vested interest in icome taxes.
