I finally got my hands on some Batter Blaster. When the internet first told me about this shit I couldn’t believe it, fucking pancake batter in a bottle. This shit is fucking organic too! I copped it at Whole Foods, they keep them in the refrigeration aisle. Batter Blaster is cute cause you get to shoot it on the pan but that’s for kids. I wanted to spray this shit in my deep fryer for some real magic. These are the results.

Oh crikey me - deep fried pancakes (bleurgh) I've seen it all now.

I have to admit that pancakes in a bottle/ can are the first "lazy cook" items that I have approved of. If I had had access to this on Shrove Tuesday I would have bought it. Why? Because HM was playing badminton and I would have quite liked to celebrate with pancakes. But I would have only wanted one - two at most - and I'm not going to bother with a lot of washing up for that.

I agree it is very suitable for boats and camping also.

Pancakes in a can? I has 'em. Organic, no less.
They're decent. I'd like to know a better method for cooking one pancake.

Note: I bought these on a personal recommendation from a friend who squirts them in a waffle maker.

Did you get them from a store, or did you have to buy them online?

Yeah they'd be great camping if you like to leave your trash in the woods. I don't like to carry around a bunch of trash with me, nor would I chuck it. regular old pancakes are easy enough to premix the dry and keep all your eggs in a number of water/egg proof baskets.

But for car camping they'd be the balls or tits, depending.
