I find alot of computer organizing and whatnot to be too time consuming. I get almost every recipe I use online and print it out, hole punch it and stick it in a binder with home-made construction paper dividers. it is falling apart and filling up too fast, but it works for now.

Somewhat off topic - Has anyone ever checked out Hillbilly Housewife? Last year, when I quit working we tried out the $45 a week emergency menu and it produced more food than our family of 5 could eat. I still use a lot of the recipes from the site. Just wondering.
