Having just had an endoscopy, I would opt for the pill version. However, the pill doesn't allow for biopsies which are usually done during the endoscopy.
I was pleasantly drugged for the procedure, but I know one guy who goes through it without drugs, because he doesn't like being in la la land for the rest of the day afterwards. |
