Its pretty hard to find evidence for something that hasnt happened yet.
But since teen pregnancies have been on the rise for the last couple of years, a high profile pregnancy like this might only help to increase its acceptability. I do hope, though, that it will bring to the forefront that giving teens good information about sex and contraceptives is better than telling them to just dont do it. |
