I have been known to make a dish my wife has named "mad man soup". Its never the same way twice because there is no set way to make it , just improvise and experoment.
Start with a pack of ramen your fav flavor will do ,
than go searching in the fridge for goodys ( left over bbq pork chops or chicken or hell even hot dogs , then an onion and some bell pepper or celery , oh and mushrooms are good to )
Then i raid the spice cabnet , cyane , red pepper flakes , soy , teryaki (cut up your hot dogs and soak in the teryaki then get a skillet and cook then fast and hot ).
Cut up your onion and garlic and celery and what ever meat you can scrounge up , get this frying in a skillet, start your water heating , throw in a dollop of olive oil , when the water boils throw in the noodels , then all the rest , season to taste ,and when the noodles are ready , put it all in a big bowl , get a spoon and some chop sticks and chow down .
As i said this never works out the same way twice . Some have been bad , some have been truely exealant !!!!!!
