Just by chance, I spent a lot of time in this building in the mid 90s... one floor below Syc's destination.

There is a load of telecommunication equipment up there and for a while I worked for an ISP that had modems up there, and it was my job to maintain them. From the top of that building you could see much of the city. It was beautiful and I must say I really envy this new location. It will be a fine place to be every day, and smack in the middle of center city where all the action is.
