My first video. I thought at the time it might be my last. SonofV has graciously offered his youtube expertise and allowed me to post the vid. Normally I would have something to say about his editorial comments... but not this time. He's right on target.

I took my pulse *after* the video. 156 bpm. That's an ace away from a heart attack for me.

Whew!

Okay, I change my mind. I don't think having a near heart attack is so exhilarating anymore.
