Can't Believe I Just Ate...
...a Sally Lunn. The yeast-risen kind, I understand, from the castmember who baked it for us.
Came out a bit dry, but the whipped cream and the jam rescued matters. Syd thinks she might try a slightly shorter baking time as long as she's using a Bundt pan. A Sally Lunn Recipe and commentary Might try whipped-creaming 'em and parking them in the fridge overnight to moisten.
