So wait, y'all. Please don't just brush this off as a false alarm. It isn't. What has been found is potentially pre-cancerous. It's good that it's not actual cancer and has been caught really early. But it sounds like Bri will probably get more surgery. And need our support. And will need to be super-vigilant for the rest of her life. Which may also need support.

May all future alarms be false..

Bri, be strong. You've done surgery before, you can do it again, you might not even need the dreaded drains this time. I am very glad that it's not actual cancer again, but I know that whilst that is awesome news, this still needs to be dealt with. Here's hoping the "dealing with" is a walk in the park.

It's a bullshit term. Different types of cells have different probabilities of becoming cancerous, but they're all capable. Every living cell is pre-cancerous or cancerous.

Bri found out hers are in the not cancerous (actually not malignant) category, so if you'll excuse me, it's time to happy dance happy dance happy dance happy dance happy dance happy dance happy dance happy dance...
