Maybe I am sadistic, but banning is in a way a reward for her attention seeking, so I'd rather we all just ignored her. Or we could set the dogs on her.
She is tiresome, I expect banning will be necessary sooner or later. I see a few references to inappropriate images. I haven't gone looking for them, but that would count as using the cellar to break the law.
