Pete is Griff's other half (female) so L'il Pete is his daughter. It might be that Zip doesn't know this (or remember it) but more likely that he just thought it cool enough for a pic - young lady in snow in party dress & shit-kickers

It's not quite as rare as Texas, but it's still very exciting to us to have settled snow.
