DC's had this great, weird thing with Peeps for years now.
It all started with art installations made of Peeps in an abandoned storefront (the Newsroom, RIP) near Dupont Circle...amazing what it's become. |

They dropped 20,000 peeps over Chicago one year for Easter. Messed up traffic on LDS for a good while...
