I need to be running out the door after brushing my teeth soon to catch the bus, and I've not payed much attention to The Iraq Thingie either here or on more traditional media. For all I know, this is a sarcasm-laden bait that I'm swallowing hook, line, and sinker.

But.

Isn't it a little silly to struggle so hard about the popular opinion of some foreign nation and culture when we, both The Cellar and The United States, can barely manage consensus through majority rule?
