OMG, the principal screwed up the announcement emails -the poor guy can't get a break for trying. The one intended for the classroom parents -which mentioned his name- went to the whole school, and the one without the name to just the class involved.
 The family.... no idea. I think I will head in to school on Monday to give the teacher a big hug (and I don't do hugs, but sometimes it's necessary) and see how the land lies

Good plan monster, he needs to know there is support. As someone who gets a lot of kid hugs over the course of a day, I can't imagine the stress this guy is going through for being natural with kids.
