coming soon to blackberry, and very easy to use. you can create and save meals or search the huge database for what and how much you ate. plus you can log exercise, set goals, link to facebook,... all that shit.

I also have to say... I've smoked my last cigrette... blech... a party this weekend has made them pretty much intollerable... I'm sure Flint will be thrilled... it was my last vice... done... |
