Bullies for any reason need to be weeded out. Maybe put all bullies in one room and let them out bully each other.

I dunno, when i was a kid bullying was distressing, and sometimes that'd extend to physical stuff, but I don't recall hearing about that many incidents of serious injury or death. That kind of violence was something the nutters got involved in, and could generally be found on football terraces and the town centre on a Friday night. Some kid at school tells you you're gonna get it at the end of the day: fuck. These days they're probably armed.
