Nice try UT, BUT the ONE PERCENT that the United States of America sold them killed 300.000 Iraqi civilians and 1,000,000 Iranians whereas the 99% Saddam got from everyone else were used passively as deterrents to discourage attacks from Iraq's bloodthirsty neighbor, Kuwait. [/smug intellectual]
