As a young teenager I was parenting my mother. As an older teenager, I had sued my father for maintenance and was living with my grandmother. I grew up fast. I've been enjoying my childhood these last ten years since I left them both in the UK, perhaps it's time for me to have my teens now? Be Afraid.

Hebe's lovely, really. Mostly. Even her nasties are OK. I love her and like her and I'm very proud of her. And I laughed my ass off on the way to swim practice tonight when I pointed out the condition of the car in front and she said "that car is seriously fucked up". She doesn't "cuss" at home often, so it's very effective. I asked her to remember not to say stuff like that when Grandma's here next week, because she doesn't like it, She said "yes, that's why i'm getting it out of the way tonight".
