Yahoo posted up a pic similar to this, in California. The leading edge of a strong Pacific storm was bringing in the water vapor, and the sun was going down.
It wasn't as strong an effect as this one, but it was clearly evident. My verdict: not shopped. Ice crystals would be a better medium for this, than water vapor. |
