I'm thinking something not healthful.... but then i promise to go work out hard. will that work?

um.. I sorta failed.... but I did work off more calories than I consumed.....

I had sorta decided to run by a ff burger joint on the way to a 90 minute workout/swim... but I ended up scarfing two packets of crisps/chips that happened to be in the car then doing the eliptial for 30 minutes (huge resistance, first half backwards)

The chips were yummy, though ...although soylent green would probably have been yummy at that point in my day....

Nothing....I had nothing for lunch. Had half a bowl of rice for dinner. Sigh...I'm hungry. Nopes, not on a diet, just didn't have time.
