I'll talk about the diet later when I have more time. As for exercise, I've got plenty of exercise dvds that I can send copies for you.
 I'll get into more of what kinds of exercise later. Just something for you to think about. Yeah, I understand the TX heat. That is why I jog at 6 or 6:30 in the morning.
