Indeed, good sake is very good. Cheap sake should be used for cleaning windows.

I am still confused as to what would be worth buying. We always get HOT sake when we go to sushi, 2 or 3 times a month, but what is a GOOD brand? There is no way in hell that when you get it in a JAP steak house you are getting "good sake". I would welcome your recommendations.
