When ever you think about eating something, just imagine you have a mouth full of live cockroaches.

Drink so much water that you feel like your tummy's gonna burst! This tip actually helps me somewhat. If I drink a couple of glasses of water one after another right before a meal, I do eat less.

@HLJ Chocolate covered cockroaches! Yum!

That's gross. And no, that won't help me. I can carry on a conversation about poop at the meal table without any problem. Yeah, I know I'm gross.

Sam: but I don't want to drink water...whine....because then I can't eat.... I had several glasses of water already. Let me go drink another. And go for a smoke. Maybe that will help
